Consent to the processing of personal data

1. You hereby give your consent to UNITREX Group s.r.o. (IČ: 07266910), UNITREX Management (IČ: 24225479), UNITREX Construction s.r.o. (IČ: 02081636), UNITREX Solutions s.r.o. (IČ: 07534621), UNITREX Real Estate s.r.o. (IČ: 07406002) a UNITREX Advisory s.r.o. (IČ: 04132076) (hereafter referred to as the “controller“), to process, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”), the following personal data:
   • your first name and surname
   • your company name
   • e-mail
   • phone


2. Your first name, surname, company name, phone and e-mail can be processed based on your consent and need to be processed in order to contact and arrange an appointment and, if necessary, send business materials. These data will be processed by the controller for 3 years.


3. You give your explicit consent to the above processing operations. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or a letter to the contact mailbox of our company: info@unitrex.cz


4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the controller.


5. Please note that, under the Regulation, you are entitled to:
   • withdraw your consent at any time;
   • ask us for information on which personal data we process, request a copy of your personal data;
   • request from us access to these data and have them updated or corrected and, where appropriate, request restriction of processing;
   • request us to erase these personal data;
   • exercise your right to data portability;
   • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office or before the competent court.
